Minutes committee meeting MBGC 7-
present were : Baylee Roberts, Bob Jenneson, Emilis Prelgauskas,Ray King, Peter Znell, Lindsay Tilley, Greg Newbold,
Apologies were: Rob Winterlich and Steve Blacketer.
Minutes of previouse meeting were read and accepted. So moved Ray King, seconded by Bob Jenneson.
Business arrising: The new MBGC Constitution. Brian Holecek has delivered the first draft of the new constitution for our club commitee to read and check for errors and omissions.
General Bussiness :The hangars liability insurance saga discusion has been held over for the next committee meeting. Rob Winterlich to chase it up.
The committee would like to ramp up the passenger flying side of our opperation and start advertising, to help with income for our club. It is so noted that we first need to complete the radio instalation to the Grob and then find or train more qualified passenger pilots.
Greg Newbold is willing to apply to the new round of government grants up for grabs. We highlighted the need for a concrete apron and or floor for new tee hangar and maybe a Flarm for the aircraft.
Treasures report: Bob Jenneson reported all well with finance. All members are now in the black.
Corespondance: Baylee Roberts reported all up to date, including PO box renewal and Chris Spiro has been advised of new canopy completion.
Baylee Roberts is to check with the new groudsman and Bill Antell re the siting of new tee hangar.
Peter Znell has requested an airfield gate key.
Following the end of general bussiness the commitee looked at the first half of the new constitution re errors etc and has set a continuance meeting to be held at Bob Jenneson home on March 20 at 7.30pm.
