Financial plan - a way forward              It was decided that next meeting will include a discussion on – ground work for club direction, what cost model         ALL
to consider operating costs – generating surplus for the future – what minimum operating hours – what legacy – changing sport face.
Australia’s model has traditionally been low membership cost + operating charges meets costs   vs    other models (high up front cost + minimal operating cost, etc.)
risks – prop strike. advance savings – say $10k saving each year to build reserve.
Consider costs which come with future members who won’t do volunteer support work.

meanwhile, Greg to review records of cost of items from past    GREG
