MINUTES for the meeting of the
Murray Bridge Gliding Club Inc.
held at 38 Brandreth St., Tusmore
on Thursday October 15th 2015,

1.0 Minutes of August AGM 2015

Matters arising
1.1 - interest bearing account
Treasurer reports that club currently has 1 term deposit + 1 no interest account
Treasurer will attempt to form an interest bearing account, unless admin inputs are too
complex. With current 1.5% at call available, income might be $300pa.

There will be occasions when rostered instructor is substituted, pilots ringing will be advised.
1.3 - FFQ new leg fairing
to arrange VKR fairing and cast mold

2.1 - monthly flying log photos
At the beginning of each month Lindsay will photograph FFQ log and pass to Greg
2.2 - club safety review
Rob to do SMS prep to circulate to members

The previously suggested MGL data record likely to cost $2,000
to give engine readouts, logging of parameters and IGC compatible flight
For the moment, decision to add loudspeaker / Piezo alarm onto existing read out unit

Rob to provide Antell with a letter that MBGC is a not-for profit.
This is to assist obligations to airfield owner with volunteers on the airfield

aerobatic box is a cube volume: on east side of 01/19, its full length and eastward up to farm

Peter & Lindsay have checked rubber seal in engine fire wall - gaps at present
needs new seal
