Matters arising
1.1 - interest bearing account
Treasurer reports that club currently has 1 term deposit + 1 no interest account
Treasurer will attempt to form an interest bearing account, unless admin inputs are too
complex. With current 1.5% at call available, income might be $300pa.

1.2 - on web instructor roster and booking
There will be occasions when rostered instructor is substituted, pilots ringing will be advised.
1.3 - FFQ new leg fairing
to arrange VKR fairing and cast mold ROB
1.4 - airworthiness admin duties Rob to approach Steve B ROB
1.5 - BJ will be getting software to update club website

2.1 - monthly flying log photos
At the beginning of each month Lindsay will photograph FFQ log and pass to Greg
2.2 - club safety review
Rob to do SMS prep to circulate to members ROB
3.0 President report
The previously suggested MGL data record likely to cost $2,000
to give engine readouts, logging of parameters and IGC compatible flight
For the moment, decision to add loudspeaker / Piezo alarm onto existing read out unit

Rob to provide Antell with a letter that MBGC is a not-for profit.
This is to assist obligations to airfield owner with volunteers on the airfield ROB
MBGC owns the Flight Lounge pool

Placed on noticeboard at airfield
aerobatic box is a cube volume: on east side of 01/19, its full length and eastward up to farm
buildings
- pilots can ask local traffic if box is open ALL
Existing ‘old’ GFA TIF book to be returned by Greg for refund GREG
New forms from GFA web site downloaded in clear folder on cabinet in hangar.
TIFs to fill in on-line direct to GFA

5.0 Airworthiness report
Baylee & BJ intend to do engine check over and see if timing affects CHT
trim grease/measure due
Peter & Lindsay have checked rubber seal in engine fire wall - gaps at present
needs new seal BJ/BAYLEE
engine re-build noted that delay in getting sign off of engine parts and final claim
6.0 Treasurer report
can we get ‘loss of income’ -a/c mishap insurance what cost what value GREG
Rob to transfer monies received to Treasurer ROB

Emilis noted last SAGA meeting cancelled by lack of club delegates to have quorum
Emilis (and Harry & David Bache) attended GFA Airworthiness seminar by Pete Cesco GFA

‘Registered Operator’ obligation paper given to Rob for information.
