2.0  President report
Period of no ops. Through no fault of our own. Now operating. Period of no ops has impact on member spirit. President did at the time search out options to continue ops, such as access to other motorgliders.

It is believed that current ops doesn't support 2 aircraft. Worth discussing with operators of other motorgliders about a transition period where proof of 2 aircraft use by the club proves up whether this is tenable.     ROB to continue to enquire

2.1  Strategic concern about on-going club viability. Compounded by external forces, leading to loss of senior people as well as individual events as per above. There was broad ranging meeting examination discussion.
It was decided - The club is moving to be proactive, looking at updating a/c, multiple a/c, saleability of existing a/c options.
The full range of available options/ evolving club culture, to be formally canvassed at April meeting. eg trips to fly-ins, Morning Glory, etc.
All members are welcome to participate, make inputs.
