Topic: Discussion and Adoption of New MBGC Constitution
Held at Pallamana Airfield, Windsock Lounge, Saturday 26 th October 2013.
Meeting started at 7:15pm. Chaired by Emilis Prelgauskas.
Members Present: Harry Bache, David Bache, Brian Holecek, Greg Newbold, Bob Jenneson, Lindsay Tilley, Franko Fonovic, Ray King, Emilis Prelgauskas.
There was a short discussion about the new club constitution. It was decided to delete Section 5.2.3.
It was further decided to correct the inconsistency in the document about 3 club members being appointed to the committee as opposed to up to 3 members.
It was then moved by Brian Holecek and seconded by Ray King that "The new club constitution be accepted."
Carried unanimously.
It was then decided that the Club Seal of Incorporation be located, and that failing this, a new Seal be purchased.
A vote of thanks was moved and passed unanimously for the several club members who spent a considerable amount of time developing, compiling and veting the new constitution.
