Minutes committee meeting MBGC 04-
Apologies: Lindsay Tilley, Steve Blacketer.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted, so moved Greg Newbold and 2nd by Rob Wintulich.
Bussiness arrising: Rob Wintulich is waiting for a few more days re the new constitution and David Bache's report on legality etc. Rob is to present the new constitution to the MBGC members at the next AGM/ Special meeting to be ratified.
Treasurer's Report: Bob Jenneson will prepare the club's financial reports for the end of year, ready for the anual audit and table the reports at the AGM.
Much discussion was held re the replacement of the treasurer at the AGM. following this it was noted that we would probably need to find replacements for the presedent and secretary also. The current office bearers to help out in the changeover period.
Secretary's report: All set now for the AGM.
There was no CFI report as Lindsay is away in NZ for 7 weeks relaxing . Flying is proceeding with the aid of Emilis and Greg as instructors and the abillity for Steve to step in if needed.
General Bussiness: Rob Wintulich will book the Windsock Lounge for the AGM to be held on the 10th of August 2013 at 5pm. Rob and his wife are going to organise the dinner and it will be BYO drinks for the members.
FFQ has had a puncture of one of its main wheels one new tube was needed, Baylee Roberts will check for another spare tube and organise accordingly.
Rob Wintulich is going to sort out the AGM agenda and will invite members to submit items that need to be raised
